On August 30, 2023, President Yuko Ishida (Honorary Consul of Canada in Hiroshima), visited the Consulate General of Japan in Vancouver, Canada. President Ishida met with Consul Kohei Maruyama and exchanged views on further strengthening friendly relations between Japan and Canada.
