Intercultural One-day Excursion to Bihoku Hill Side Park, Shobara, Hiroshima

This one-day cultural excursion for international students was last held in 2019. This year’s trip took everyone to the Bihoku Hill Side Park located in Shobara, Hiroshima. 40 participants that included international students from France, Germany, Poland, China, Korea, Vietnam, Malaysia, Taiwan, and other Japanese volunteer students enjoyed a whole day of cultural activities. Some students made traditional furin (wind chimes), traditional toys using bamboo while some enjoyed cycling in the hills. For lunch, everyone enjoyed a nice barbeque.
