The matriculation ceremony for the Fall/Winter Short-Term Exchange Program was held on September 22, 2022.

The international exchange student program was suspended after the 2019 Fall/Winter Semester due to the COVID-19 pandemic. HUE welcomes 17 new exchange students from 8 different countries and regions.
At the Ceremony, a Matriculation Certificate was handed to each student from President Ishida directly.

In 2019, students of the international volunteer group of Ciao who were actively participating in support activities for the exchange students were first year students. These students are now fourth year students ready to graduate. The students are back and ready to actively support the new exchange students after two years of no activity.
