Curriculum

Those who have been accepted to the program will take special Japanese language classes and other major courses in economics and business taught in English, with the exception for those with sufficient Japanese proficiency, who can take regular undergraduate courses in accordance with the H.U.E. regulations. For those with beginner/pre-intermediate/intermediate level of Japanese, students will take 3 (6 hours/week) Japanese language classes. Minimum number of other classes exchange students must take is 3 (6 hours/week) and the maximum is 6 (10 hours/week). Please note that "Japanese" classes and "Study on International Issues and Challenges" class are mandatory for all exchange students.

Grades

H.U.E. will send official school transcripts with grades to exchange students after the completion of program. Each exchange student will also receive a “Certificate of Completion”.

Transfer of Credits

Credits earned at H.U.E. are transferable in accordance to regulations at their home institution. Please consult academic advisor(s) for transfer procedures.
